Passwords with special characters (!,@,#,$ etc) cause TV app registration to fail. Solve this by changing your password to something without special characters.
2. Logitech Squeezebox Radio & Touch
Squeezebox Radio and Squeezebox Touch do not playback. Solve this issue by updating the device to the latest software version. Contact Logitech if you need help or have questions about updating your device.
Some Vizio TVs no longer support Rhapsody. There is currently no solution to this problem.
5. Onkyo, Denon, & Yamaha
Some models of Onkyo, Denon, & Yamaha devices require a firmware update to continue using Rhapsody. Please contact Onkyo, Denon, or Yamaha for assistance updating firmware, or with questions about supported models.
Only one MP3 player (for example, a Sansa Clip Zip or Fuse) can be added to a Rhapsody Premier subscription at a time. Adding more than one mobile phone, or iPod Touch, will work. It is only the addition of more than one MP3 player that is not permitted. Deauthorize and then reauthorize all your devices, adding only one MP3 player, to resolve any lingering issues. 2. "An error occurred while updating your library Error code 1" or "Gateway timeout" or "A server error has occurred."
Very large libraries, or heavy use of the star ratings feature, can cause these errors. Solve this problem by using www.rhapsody.com in place of the PC software, reducing library size, or reducing the number of rated songs.
3. Blank Music Guide or Script Errors.
Solve this issue by signing-out, completely quitting the software and then reopening it, and signing back in. If that does not fix the issue, you may have potentially harmful malware on your computer. Disable the malware by following the steps below, or contact your computer manufacturer.
