Visit My Account to see all your subscription settings and make changes. Or, choose from the most popular options below.

  1. Cancel Rhapsody

  2. Password help

  3. Remove a device

  4. Re-activate an account

    1. Sign in to My Account
    2. Click "Edit" next to "Account Status"
    3. Click "Select Plan"
    4. Confirm or re-enter payment details if prompted
  5. Update credit card info

    1. Sign in to My Account
    2. Click "Billing Information" on the left
    3. Click "Edit" next to "Billing And Payment Information"
    4. Enter payment details
    5. Click submit
  6. Change password

    1. Sign in to My Account
    2. Click "Edit" next to "Password"
    3. Enter current password
    4. Enter new password
    5. Click "Submit"
  7. Change username

    1. Sign in to My Account
    2. Click "Edit" next to "User Name"
    3. Enter new username
    4. Click "Save"
  8. Unsubscribe from email

    1. Sign in to My Account
    2. Click "Preferences" on the left
    3. Click "Edit" next to "Email Subscriptions"
    4. Check the box next to "Unsubscribe from all email lists above"
    5. Click "Submit"
  9. Redeem a code

    1. Sign in to My Account
    2. Enter the code in the "Redeem Code" box
    3. Click "Apply"
  10. View billing history

    1. Sign in to My Account
    2. Click "Billing History" on the left
    3. Click a date to see details
