Why can't I use a promotion on my account?

You might be running in to one of these common issues:

  1. Most special offers and promotions are limited to one per new customer.
  2. Most special offers and promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
  3. Customers with existing subscriptions, or who already redeemed an earlier offer, may be ineligible.
  4. Customers who canceled within the last 12 months may not be eligible for specific offers or promotions.
