The steps below solve most issues with Rhapsody's website (www.rhapsody.com)
1. Restart your computer.
2. Check for updates for Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Internet Explorer.
3. Open a fresh browser window and go to Rhapsody.com.
4. Remove all songs from the Mixer by clicking the "Clear" button under the play/pause button on the right side.
6. Sign out of Rhapsody.com by clicking the gear icon next to the Search box in the upper right corner, then sign back in.
